A look at packaging and trademarks
The state mandates that the LED lamp manufacturer's products mark the following contents on the outer packaging: rated voltage, voltage range, rated power, rated frequency. Generally speaking, the quality of the product is printed with good quality, the font is clear, it is not easy to fall off, and it is wiped with a soft damp cloth. The logo is clearly identifiable, not easy to wipe off, and has the manufacturer's trademark and related certification mark. Counterfeit products have poor printing quality, fuzzy fonts, easy to erase, no manufacturer's trademark and related certification marks.
Second, look at the appearance of LED tubes
The real LED energy-saving lamp is a three-color tube, which is white, covered with a hand and whiter. In addition, from the perspective of the lamp tube, it is possible to compare a plurality of lamps together, and the shape and size consistency of the lamp tube are mostly bent and formed by a machine, and most of them are products produced on a large scale. The consistency of the product is good, the quality is easy to be guaranteed, and the interchangeability during maintenance is better. Of course, there should be no cracks in the appearance, loose signs and traces between the interfaces. During the installation and disassembly process, the lamp cap should not be loose or smashed. The plastic shell of the lamp must be selected from the flame retardant type of engineering plastic. Ordinary plastics are easily deformed and flammable, and are prohibited from being used in the production of energy-saving lamps. The two can be easily discriminated from the surface. The latter surface is smooth and shiny, and the surface of the former has a texture similar to frosted glass.
Third, look at the temperature at work
When the LED energy-saving lamp is in normal working condition, its temperature rise should be very low. Otherwise, the LED energy saving lamp has a very short life. At the same time, when the energy-saving lamp is lit, there is a rapid flashing, or it is very glaring, indicating that the energy-saving lamp has quality problems.
Four to see the startup performance
LED energy-saving lamp startup has two characteristics: First, the higher the temperature, the easier it is to start; Second, the light is turned off, it will not flash. In addition, it is worth mentioning that many LED energy-saving lamps are very dark, which is not good for the life of the bulb. LED energy-saving lamps should have power circuits and PCB boards inside them.
Five to see the interference situation
In China, electromagnetic compatibility is a project that must be passed by electrical appliances. However, the detection of this project is very complicated. When users buy lamps, they will see whether they have passed the national electromagnetic compatibility test mark on the packaging, and the second is to bring a medium and short wave radio. When the lamp is working, put the radio nearby, the lower the noise emitted by the short-wave radio station, the better the electromagnetic compatibility of the lamp under test.
