1, aluminum frame

Appearance structure, and main structure of LED heat dissipation - generally use AL6063, aluminum extrusion die, low initial cost investment, beautiful surface treatment, good heat dissipation effect. Some days ago, I also found that some manufacturers started to make die-casting frames, so IP rating can be Do a little higher, and the sealing is better, the overall appearance is beautiful, but the cost of the initial investment in the mold is higher.


2, diffusion plate

The light of the light guide plate is evenly dispersed, and the function of blocking the mesh point is also used. The diffusion plate generally uses acrylic or 2.0 material, the cost of the acrylic is lower and the transmittance is slightly higher than that of the PC, and the acrylic fragile anti-aging property is obtained. Weak, PC prices are slightly more expensive, but anti-aging performance is strong. The diffuser plate cannot see the dots after being mounted, and the light transmittance is about 90%. The acrylic transmittance is 92% and the PC is 88%. You can choose the diffuser material according to your needs, and generally use acrylic materials.


3, light guide plate

The side LED light is deflected by the dot refraction to change the angle of the light. - The light guide plate is the heart of the panel light. The dot design is very important. The dot design is not good, and the overall light effect seen is very poor.


There are generally four phenomena:


1) The middle is bright, both sides are dark;


2) There are bright edges on the light side and dark in the middle;


3) Standing at different angles, the overall brightness is inconsistent;


4) The local dark area is obvious.


The light effect of the light guide plate is very large in the design of the dot, followed by the selection of the plate, but it is not right to pursue the brand of the brand. Because many brand manufacturers like Mitsubishi of Japan, most of the good plates are People order well, many Mitsubishi plates that are out of the market are mostly scraps, and their light transmittance is not as high as that of their own plates. Therefore, the choice of plates does not necessarily depend on the manufacturers of the plates, as long as the test light transmittance is high, the light effect is good. In fact, it will be fine.


4, reflective paper

Reflecting the residual light on the back of the light guide - typically RW250.


5, the rear cover

Sealed lamp body - generally AL aluminum, the overall texture is strong, and can play a little heat dissipation.


6, LED light source

Generally used 3528, some people use 5630 and 5050, 5630 and 5050 are not efficient, and the design of the dot is difficult, the versatility is poor, but the cost is low. 3528 light effect high dot versatility is strong, generally just start to buy other home light guide plate Use, no need to re-sample the design.


7, drive power

Lamp Drivers - There are currently 2 power modes:


1) Directly use constant current power supply (this mode has high efficiency, PF value is up to 0.95, cost-effective);


2) Constant voltage zone constant current mode (stable performance, but low efficiency, high cost) Generally, this mode is designed for customers who require certification, because the lamp is a low-voltage lamp with 24V input, no need to do safety regulations. Direct use of a regulated power supply can be shipped to various countries.
